About the event
Join us for Postpartum Yoga with Whole Inspired U! The class will include gentle movements and breathing exercises. Safe for those cleared by a physician. Non-mobile babies are welcome! The class is $15. Cash or Venmo. Please register by 10/26. Bring your own yoga mat!
